He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Jackson (Douglas) of Dallas and Shawna Staats; his son-in-law Bryan Smith of Ulysses, Kansas.; and his brothers, John Lightner of Kansas City, Robert Lightner (Bob) of Florida and Dave Lightner of Kansas City, Missouri.. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
