He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Mary Frances Hickok (McGillivray); his wife Ruth Ann Hickok; his siblings, Annabelle Lahey and Charles Hickok; and his grandson Johnny Goulding.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Goulding (John) of Prairie Village and Bill Hickok (Bobbi Jo) of Ulysses; his grandchildren, Alisha Hickok of Wichita, Nolan Hickok (Jamie) of Wichita, Lauren Carolan (James) of Prairie Village, Spencer Goulding of Murphy, Joshua Hickok of Ulysses, Kyle Hickok (Cassidy) of Ulysses, Reese Goulding of Oklahoma City and Brooke Perez (Tanner) of Ulysses; and his great grandchildren, Emma Carolan and Brecklyn Perez. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
