She was predeceased by: her mother Lark Miller (Ellis); her husband Bob; her stepchildren, Bobby Forsen and Linda Fewell; and her sisters, Joan and Judy.
She is survived by: her children, David Smith (Jane) of Olathe, Tony Forsen (Becky) of Holcomb and Rita Samuelson (Stuart) of Ravenna, Nebraska; her siblings, Steve, Jerry, Jay, Nora and Darlene; and her grandchildren, Ethan, Paige, Jacob, Braden, Megan, Larry, Abbey, Amanda and Jonathon. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
