He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Carter (Tina Rodriguez) of Ulysses and A. J. Carter (Stephanie) of Ulysses; his siblings, Lonnie Carter (Joyce) of Great Bend, Stacy Taylor (Richard Shrewbury) of Stockton, Frances Smith (Terry Cloud) of Colorado Springs and Gayla Lund of Ulysses; his grandchildren, Kyle, Elizabeth, Rance, Robert, Khloe and Eleanor; and his great grandchildren, Bennett, Barrett, Elijah, Oliver, Kolsen, Baylor and Isaiah.
