With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arturo Cortez (Ulysses, Kansas), who passed away on November 5, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Santos Cortez and Juana Cortez (Ramirez); and his siblings, Baltazar Cortez, Sergio Perez and Irma Cortez.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria; and his children, Juan Cortez of Ulysses, Maria Landeros of Ulysses, Rosalinda Cortez of Ulysses, Elpidio Cortez of Ulysses, Fidencia Cortez of Ulysses, Jose Santos Cortez of Ulysses, Cristobal Cortez of Houston, Victoria Cortez of Ulysses, Erasmo Cortez of Houston, Texas and Francisco Cortez of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by brothers and sisters, 31 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
