He is survived by: his former wife Cynthia John; his daughter Lynn Calvin of Caldwell, ID; his wife Jeanne Calvin of Udall; his stepchildren, Tabitha Gardner of Mustang, OK and Benjamin Ashmore (Leanne) of Assaria; his sisters, Jeanette Firebaugh of Cambridge and Terri Gray of Haysville; his sister-in-law Janet Calvin of Winfield; and his grandchildren, Jessica Calvin, Katlyn Calvin, Madeline Zimmerman, Noah Gardner, Samuel Gardner, Amara Turner and Emmalise Gardner.
