He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Behr and Carol Behr (Stehwein); and his brother-in-law Les Hopkins. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Phillips (Jeremy) of Caledonia, Mississippi; his siblings, Ramona Schneider of Wichita, Roberta Wood (Ernie) of Wichita, Carol Hopkins of Great Bend, Rebecca Burgess of North Platte, Nebraska, Shawn Behr (Desa) of Great Bend and Michael Behr (Michelle) of Groton, Connecticut; and his granddaughters, Madison and Atleigh Phillips.
