With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Allen Turner in Troy, Kansas, who passed away on February 17, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Linlie Turner and Mildred Turner (Johnson); and his sister Beverly June. He is survived by: his girlfriend Tammy Campbell; his sister Kathy Wickham (Dan); his children, Mark Milbourne, Theresa Blair (Robby), Beverly Thomas (Dave), Teri Penland (Mike), Rachelle Stamper (Gary), Ben Milbourne, Robert Milbourne (Jennifer) and Megan DeSpain (Brian); and his brother Roger Orcutt. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
