She was predeceased by: her husband Jack R. Andrews; her son Jerry Len; her parents, Julia Groom and Lorin Groom; and her siblings, Jack Groom and Gladys Jean Lynch.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Smith (Don), Joyce Harpster and Scott (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Amy Dawn Erickson (Smith) of Liberty, MO., Kari Lyn Chapman (Smith), Alison Renee Porter (Clark), Jessica Lauren Foerster (Andrews), Johanna Elizabeth Andrews, Tyler Scott Harpster of Forsyth, MO. and Jack Keanan Andrews; and her brother Lorin Groom, Jr. (Doris). She is also survived by 7 great grandsons and 4 great granddaughters.
