He was predeceased by: his father Delbert William Douglas Sr.; his sister Denise Zuniga; his son Blake Beerbower; and his stepfather Robert Gardner. He is survived by: his mother Julia Douglas Sr. (Bloodgood); his close friend Carolyn Snead; his children, Crystal Douglas, Tara Douglas-Hillman, Jake Douglas and Clint Douglas; his brother Richard Douglas; his stepmother Elizabeth Douglas; his stepsisters, Lori O'hara and Kelly Sheets; and his grandson Chase Douglas.
