He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Fell and Ruth Fell (Ford); his sister Marilyn White (Norman); his nephews, Scott White and Howard Mitchell; and his brother-in-law Don Hammons.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Fell; his children, Monica Uhland (Stacy) of Eads, Mia Graham of Aurora and Dr. Harrison G. Fell (Leah) of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Rhett Uhland (Nicole Johnson), Spencer Uhland, Finlay, Isla Graham, Calvin and Wesley Fell; his nieces and nephews, Dayne and Drema Eaton; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dakota and Devin; and his sisters, Donna Eaton (Dwain) and Vera Hammons. He is also survived by many other relatives and close friends.
