He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, Doug (Nicole) of Centennial and Dawn (Jennifer) of Overland Park, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Kale, Dane, Olivia and Ellis; and his brothers, John of Horace and Harold of Tribune. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
