He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Floyd William and Joan Lynette Underwood (DeWitt); his wife Barbara Underwood of Tribune; his children, Michael Theodore (Brandi Underwood), Gina Beth (Dewayne Bond) and Charles Ryan (Jennifer Underwood); his sister Linda; his grandchildren, Aaron Hoover of Salina, Bailey Underwood of Salina, Austin Underwood of Garden City and Jacob Underwood of Garden City; and his great grandchild Olivia Ryann Hoover of Salina.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Assembly of God Church in care of the funeral home.
