It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona Barbara Billinger (Tribune, Kansas), born in Greeley, Kansas, who passed away on November 18, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Dinkel and Rosalia Dinkel (Brungardt); her daughter Loretta J. Billinger; and her siblings, Joseph Dinkel, Mary Woods, Regina Wendt and Clarence Dinkel.
She is survived by: her husband Edwin Nicholas Billinger; her children, Lila Billinger of Garden City, David Billinger of Temple and Edwin L. (Kathy Billinger); and her sister Maggie Carter of Aurora.
There will be no calling times Memorials may be given to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
