He is survived by: his wife Jeri Farmer Smith of Tribune; his children, Ran (Sharon Smith), Steel Wallis of Montreal, Tracey (Randy Cardonell), Coree (Dan Oakleaf) and Jentri (Kevin Gallagher); his sister Myra Hyde of Amarillo; and his sister-in-law Joan Smith of Sharon Springs. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
