He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Clark and Ruth Clark (Raven); his wife Doris I. Wells; his son Gary; his son-in-law David Sysak; and his brothers, Royce Clark and Wayne Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce and Sandra Sysak of Augusta; his daughter-in-law Vicki Clark of Holt, MO; his brothers, Roger Clark (Marilyn) of Pawhuska, OK and Steve Clark (Sherri) of Las Vegas, NV.; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Clark of Haysville, KS..
At the request of the family, memorials may be made in Bill's name to the Towanda United Methodist Church.
