He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Nibarger and Ernestine Nibarger (Dehlinger); and his sister Melissa. He is survived by: his former wife Michelle Webster; his daughters, Andie of Towanda and Jessie of Towanda; his wife Shelly; and his sister Nancy Galloway (Colleen) of Castro Valley, CA..

“So sad for the passing of such a nice person, I knew him when he was a grade school student in Madison, KS, he had such a nice an supportive family who we counted on as our best friends while living there. Dick played soccer on our intramural league. I did a portrait of Dick for his parents and I hope the family still has the portrait.
