He is survived by: his children, Michael Smalley (Tammy), Janna Smalley and Clint Smalley (DeeDee); his grandchildren, Samantha Beltz (Kyler), Wayne Smalley (Shabree), Jessi Stiasny (Matthew), Kayla Smalley and Brendan Smalley; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Mason and Adelaide.
