He is survived by: his daughters, Rene Moore (Jeremy) of Augusta, Crystal Grooms (Eric) of El Dorado, Traci Bennefeld (Brad) of Towanda and Kim Hayes of Andover; his brothers, Johnnie Hayes (Joann) and Tommy Hayes (Kathy) of Alabama; and his grandchildren, Skylar Bennefeld, Owen Bennefeld, Tatum Moore, Lexie Moore and Joe Moore. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
