He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesse Plummer Jr. and Bonnie Ayers (Abraham) of Burns, KS; his wife Dorothy Rhyne of Towanda; his children, Jillian Wallace (Jacob) of Wichita, Steven Plummer (Kyra) of Littleton, CO, Thomas Plummer of Austin, TX and Aaron Plummer (Jaci) of Wichita; his grandchildren, Dorian Plummer and Kennedy Plummer; and his sibling Ceresa Brown (Kenton).

Memorial contributions in his name may be directed to the Good Shepherd Hospice or to St. James the Greater Catholic School.
