He is survived by: his wife Sue Cain; his daughter Ashley Ballew (Greg); his grandchildren, Tylin Prewitt (Blake), Taylor Morgan (Josh), Kaycee Ballew, Austin Burlison and Trevor Ballew; and his siblings, Danny Prewitt (Linda), Frankie Meek and Judy Reiswig.
