He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alonzo Hull and Clara Ellen Hull (Armstrong); his daughter Tammy Lynn Hull; his granddaughter Tammy Hull; his siblings, John A. "Jack" Hull, Jr., Richard Gene Hull, Norma Hull, James Howard Hull, Peggy Joyce Barnes, Edward Alan Hull and Katheryn Kay Harlow; and his nephew David Wayne Hull.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Ellen Foltz; his sons, David Lee Hull, II of Toronto and Thomas Edward (Beatrice Hull) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Hope, Heather, Brandi, Chelsey, Auśrinė and Vakarė; and his brother Gale Warren Hull of Richmond, Kansas.. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Shriners Hospital for Children or to the Eureka Nursing Center.
