He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Boyette and Effie L. Boyette (Smith); his wife Darlene G. King; and his siblings, Lois Parker, Woodrow, Hank and Howard, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Philip Boyette of Topeka, KS, Paul Boyette of Spring Hill, KS, Pat Compton (Stan) of Topeka, KS, Pam Compton (Daryl) of Topeka, KS, Paula Fox (James) of Topeka, KS and Page Lollman (Mike) of Broken Arrow, OK.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Woodie Boyette Memorial Fund to be designated for his special needs great-granddaughter c/o Mercer Funeral Home, P.O. Box 6, Valley Falls, KS 66088.
