She is survived by: her spouse Carl Lewis; her sons, Dick Lewis (Linda), Tom Lewis (Brenda) and Harry Lewis (Tammy); her grandchildren, Michelle D'Agostino (Pat), Todd Lewis, Corrie Irwin (Scott), Kelli Schmidt (Terry), Kris Gerhardt (Tim), Tim Watts (Roxanne) and Christopher Lewis; and her sister Dorothy Parker.
