He was predeceased by: his parents, Berryman Davis and Barbara Jean Driskell (Joslin); and his son Lewis Pete Cantwell. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his siblings, Jerry Driskell of Arlington, TX, Davis Driskell of Topeka and Ruby Smith of Topeka; his stepsisters, Sandra Dustin of Texas, Sharon Moon of Topeka, Carmen Dominguez of Scranton and Bonnie Cumpton of Topeka; and his granddaughter Miranda Cantwell.
