He was predeceased by: his mother Ethel McChristion Vaughn; his grandchildren, Naketa "Nicky" and Kenneth "Leray" Vetaw; and his great grandchild SeAsia Bruner. He is survived by: his children, Bruce Scott of Topeka, Christy Bruner (Everett) of Topeka, Keith McChristion of LaVonia, Kelvin McChristion of Topeka and Eric McChristion of Kansas City; and his sister Yvonne Cunning (Calvin) of Clinton. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dove Cremations & Funerals - Southeast (2843 SE Minnesota Ave, Topeka, KS 66605). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
