He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Wilber Sr. Horne; his wife Theodosia Fouts Douglas; his daughter Rhonda Grayson; his sister Terri Douglas Shepard of Evanston, IL; and his children, Wilber Douglas, III, Lynnieve and Shelley Slachowitz (Joel). He was also cherished by eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren and several loving nieces and nephews.
