He was predeceased by: his sister Vickie Osborne; his granddaughter Kylie Boman; his parents, Vida Boman and Wallace Boman; and his father-in-law Harry.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce of Topeka; his children, Scott Boman (Angella) of Liberal, Brent Boman (Rochelle) of Topeka, Ryan Boman of Topeka and Ashley Worrel (Adam) of Kanehoe, Hawaii; his siblings, David Boman (Carol) of Columbus, Nebraska and Barbara Hurley of Hays; and his brother-in-law Paul Osborne. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
