Virgil Proctor Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2025, at the age of 80, Virgil Proctor of Topeka, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Guy Proctor and Merle Elizabeth Proctor (Conner). He is survived by: his wife Joanne Proctor; his children, Joe Proctor (Kelly) of Overland Park, Brian Proctor (Todd Denmark) of Shawnee and Susan Jacobs (Kevin) of Irvine, California; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Lindsey, Jake, Macy Proctor and Caden Jacobs; and his sisters, Ruth Holliday of Soldier, Connie Crook of Lutz, Nancy Van Donge of Soldier and Mary Dickey of Cleveland, Missouri..

Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brennan Mathena Funeral Home (800 SW 6th Ave, Topeka, KS 66603). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery (801 SW Westchester Rd, Topeka, KS 66606).
