He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son John Efton Alfrey (Amy Barnes) of Dodge City; his grandsons, Tristan Lee and Grayson Efton; his parents, Garnett F. Both (Downs) and Clifford Efton Alfrey Sr. Both; his siblings, Betty Alfrey (Laws), Robert H. Alfrey, Sherry Bartholomew (Melvin) of Topeka, Susan Linderman (Randy) of Silver Lake, KS. and Clifford Efton Alfrey Jr. of Gilbert, Arizona.; and also Josephine G. Alfrey (Josie Munoz).
