She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving Shopteese and Inez Shopteese (Dodds); her son Derek "Wabski" R. Shopteese; and her siblings, Randall Shopteese and Linda Zephier.
She is survived by: her children, Jana Shopteese of Topeka, KS, Jennifer Wood of Topeka, KS, Jesse Kitterman, Jason Wood of Topeka, KS, Joshua Kitterman of Galena, MO and Nigel Matchie of Topeka, KS; and her brothers, Dennis Shopteese of Topeka and Irving Shopteese of Mayetta, KS. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Shipshee Cemetery.
