He was predeceased by: his parents, Christie William and Almeda Petefish (Kettering); and his siblings, Marrian, Lee Petefish and Urilla Bowman.
He is survived by: his wife Carolene Hendrickson; his children, Roger Petefish (Sharon) of Grantville and Melissa Handley (Scott) of Topeka; his brothers, Daryl and Dean Petefish; his grandchildren, Jared Petefish (Anna Schmidt), Jason Handley, Travis Petefish (Jayde Degan) and Morgan Starkey (Levi); and his great grandchildren, Stetson, Colson Starkey and Gracyn Degan.
