We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2024, at the age of 77, Vance E. Ramsey of Topeka, Kansas, born in Atchison, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; and his son Brian Ramsey. He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Burget (Tony) of Hoyt and Gena McFarland; and his sister Jan Pukatch of Topeka. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Osage Nursing Center.
