He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Collins and Virginia Collins (Powell); his wife Karen Quinn; his grandson Tyler Francis; and his siblings, Wauneta Robertson, Glenda L. Stenger, Lucille Wood, Helen Collins, Judy Copenhefer, Betty Vickrey, Don Collins, Joe Collins and Ted Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Collins-Schade, Jason Collins and Stacie Collins; his grandchildren, Cynthia, Alex, Rebecca, Lydia, Lillian, James, Emerald and Max; and his siblings, Belva Miffleton of Schertz and George Collins of Shadow Hills. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family and many close friends.
