She was predeceased by: her parents, Billie Blair and Homer Blair; her brother Randy Blair; and her son James Chandler. She is survived by: her boyfriend John Fernandez; her sons, Dustin Palmer (Melissa) and Jessie Chandler; her grandchildren, Haley Van Fleet, Jaci Palmer, Kaylyn Palmer, Taylar Green and Dillon Chandler; her great grandchild Kingston Jones; and her siblings, Tammy Clark and Terry Blair.
