He is survived by: his parents, Stewart Cooper and Rebhl Dean Cooper; his wife Terri Hane Otto Cooper; his son Tracy Cooper; his stepsons, Alex Otto (Keesha), Bobby Otto and Andy Otto (Laura); his grandsons, Zackery, Benjamin and Hunter; and his brother Jerry Cooper (Kathy).
