He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Slattery and Anna McGreevey Slattery; his children, Michael Joseph and Anne Denise; his wife Katharine Slattery; his children, Michael Slattery, Anne Slattery, John Slattery and Heather Keitges (Greg); his sister Mary Ann Slattery; and his former wife Mary Ellen Moran DeCicco.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Catholic Charities, Midland Care Hospice and Meals on Wheels, sent in care of the funeral home.
