He is survived by: his mother Jean Neal of Topeka; and his siblings, Debora Jensen (Wally) of Wichita, Don Neal (Jo) of Pine Bluff, Kay Scott of Topeka, Randy Neal (Lawrence Sperry) of Overland Park, Jane Elder of Austin and Janice McMahon of Hastings. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
