He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fowler and Dorothy Fowler; his siblings, Nathan Fowler and Susan Fowler-Hentzler; and his son Curtis Gobea.
He is survived by: his children, James Fowler (Becky Brandt) of Portland, OR, Laura Hurla (James) of Tecumseh, KS and Robbie Fowler of New York, NY; his grandsons, Nathan, Nowlan, Louis, Riley and Laurence; and his siblings, Darcy Stamm (Jerry) of Tecumseh, KS, Jan Monhollon (Dave) of Ozawkie, KS, Matt Fowler of Lawrence, KS and Crystal Fowler-Srna of Culver, KS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
