She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hale (Virginia) and Ruth Domingues Hale; her sister Sherry Stratton; and her son Matthew John Shirley. She is survived by: her husband Bud Shirley.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home (2801 SW Urish Rd, Topeka, KS 66614).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Helping Hands Humane Society or SCARS (Second Chance Animal Refuge Society) and sent in care of the funeral home.
