He is survived by: his son Chad Johnson; his brother Tommy Johnson; his daughter-in-law Sasha Johnson; his grandchildren, Harper, Hagan and Hendricks Johnson (Leann DeLong); his daughter Kristin; his son-in-law Justin Brown; and also, Haylee McLain, Mason Young and Nathan DeLong.
