She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Akin and Frank Akin. She is survived by: her brothers, Don Akin and Joseph Akin (Michelle); her significant other Donald Edward Chapman; her siblings, Virginia Sisco, Georgia Loya, Ival Lee Akin, Frankie Akin, Benny Akin and Clifford Akin; and her great grandchild Trent Juhlin.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the United Methodist Church (1029 N Kansas Ave, Topeka, KS 66608).
A donation box will be provided at this event to help cover the cost of her burial and headstone.
