He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marion (West) and Fox (Ngāti Patupo); his sister Margaret Hughes (Stan); his children, Stephen Twemlow of Topeka, KS, Lee Twemlow-Bliss (Dan) of Merriam, KS, Megan Culver (Brad), Nicholas Twemlow (Robyn Schiff) of Atlanta, GA and Sarah Twemlow of Portland, TN; his grandchildren, Danielle Twemlow (Tyler Allen) of Topeka, KS, Nicole Twemlow of Topeka, KS and Zachary Langford of Topeka, KS; his children, Connor Langford, Simon, Drew Bliss of Merriam, KS, Elijah Boyd, Exavier, Ethan, Ezekiel Brooks, EliYah Twemlow of Portland, TN and Sacha Twemlow of Atlanta, GA; his great grandchildren, Isabel of Topeka, KS, Isaiah Huckins of Topeka, KS, Elias Lewis of Topeka, KS and Ramona Allen of Topeka, KS; his grandson Carter Langford; his great great grandchild Evelyn Williams of Topeka, KS; and his former wives, Robyn Milne of Topeka, KS and Susan Twemlow (Breazeale) of Portland, TN..

“I was just thinking of Dr. Twemlow and found this news of his passing a year ago. Dr. Twemlow was a great help to me as a patient in the 1990’s. His natural and comfortable way of being was at the same time warm and professional. He challenged me to learn about the huge fields of the martial arts, meditation, the paranormal, and taking care of self in addition to others. Thank you Dr. Twemlow.”

“What a great man. He was such a presence in my entire life growing up. My dad was a patient of his almost all my life until he passed. Doc nurtured me in meditation and self defense. He was there for me when my father was killed. If it wasn't for Doc treating my father who knows where us kids would have ended up. I have thought of him often and will pass on the tools I have learned from him. Prayers and love for the family.”
