He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Getty and Kathleen Rogers Getty; his sister Sharon Proctor of Topeka; and his nephews, David Proctor (Rebecca) and Marc Proctor (Karen).
Donations may be made to the Northland Christian Church or the Topeka Rescue Mission and sent in care of the Davidson Funeral Home.
