He is survived by: his parents, Frank Forgy and Marilyn Forgy (Dieckmann); his daughter Alison Forgy; his sister Janelle Erickson (John); his nephew Jesse Erickson; his niece Hope Erickson; and his uncles, Sherm Forgy (Sandy), Norm Weick and Bob Dieckmann (Karen). He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Stephen's memory to Helping Hands Humane Society or the American Cancer Society and sent in care of Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, 800 SW 6th Avenue, Topeka, KS 66603.
