We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Stella Fern Lockard (Topeka, Kansas), born in Lawrence, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jesse James and Fern Augusta Schulz Carney; her husband Henry A. Lockard II; her children, Margie Young, Hal, Matt and Chuck; and her siblings, Buster Carney, JoAnne Connell and Donald Carney. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren, one step-grandchild; nine great-grandchildren; and a few more step-great-grandchildren.
