He is survived by: his wife Julia Trujillo; and his children, Robert Perez (Mary) of Topeka, Mary Heppner (Richard) of Holden, MO and Regina Perez of Topeka. He is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
