She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Voelker and Wilma Holt Voelker; her husband Marvin E. Smith; her daughter Judy Ann; and her siblings, Paul Voelker (Virginia) and Leona Coleman.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Marvin; her children, Connie Jean Smith, Ben Smith (Ramona), Donna Marie Amend, Santa and Jim Smith (Elizabeth); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Davis (Al), Curt Hermann, Brandon (Leah), Blake Smith (Melissa), Brock (Laura) and Chanel Smith (Elijah). She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
