She was predeceased by: her parents, Rodney Gifford and Gertrude Gifford (Smith); her husband Ross Oetinger; her daughter Shevon "Shelly" Anne Towne; and her grandsons, Timothy Alan Viers, John William Geiger and Thomas Karl Baerwald.
She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Blazic of Topeka, Gail Burch (Ronald) of Ft. Madison, Rhonda Baerwald (Karl) of Sulphur Springs and Sheila Mulligan (Tony) of Clay Center; and her stepson Maurice Towne Jr. (Joyce) of Topeka. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parker-Price & Davidson Cremations and Funeral Services (245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka, KS 66608). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
