With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharil Kay Caldwell of Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on May 19, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Sharil Kay may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sharil Kay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Coleman and Eloise Coleman; and her sister Neva Coleman. She is survived by: her daughter Tanya Hayes; her granddaughters, Danae and Tierra Hayes; and her siblings, Merrill Coleman (Paula), Marietta Pruitt (Kenny) and Luana Straley (John). She is also survived by nephews, and her life-long friends.
